5. Intellectual Property

6. Service Level Agreement

• • Partner Package: Same-day response, priority support

Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.5% uptime for all hosted services. In the event of extended downtime, service credits may be applied to your account.

7. Termination

By You

You may terminate your service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees and any completed work are non-refundable.

By Us

We may terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal use of our services. We will provide reasonable notice for termination due to business reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

Titan Toolbox's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
